Prices are per week for the house. For bookings of less than a week, or for extra days, divide by 7 for the daily rate.

We don't have changeover days and are happy to be flexible to suit you. Departure time is usually 11.00 unless we've agreed an extension in advance.

Once your dates are confirmed, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. We welcome credit/debit card bookings via PayPal or you may pay by sterling cheque or BACS.

Cancellation refunds
Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
